services: training and education At Astron we advise clients on their training requirements and present specifically
tailored training courses for their staff. These courses are based on the customer environment and could incorporate specific policies, procedures and processes.
In addition to tailored courses, Astron holds open courses that are available for general attendance. Open courses are recurring courses that are scheduled to form seasonal programs. Typically
they last from 2 to 3 days, are designed for 6 to 8 people and cover similar topics to the tailored courses.
The objective of Astron’s training consultancy is to help the individual do his daily work more effectively by increasing his understanding of the applications he uses in the work place. The
course content is practical based with a session at the end entirely devoted to a workshop where users can try out ideas and/or seek solutions to issues they may have in their daily work.
Our expertise also covers writing specific training material to support end-user training. This service ranges from custom manuals to e-learning.
